(3) paintings by DUK JU L. KIM . TRACY MILLER . JOHN SALHUS

Gallery Co presents (3), a new exhibit featuring paintings by Duk Ju L. Kim, Tracy Miller, and John Salhus. (3) is the "painting show (of the 30 somethings) of the season." The (3) painters, Kim, Miller and Salhus hold true to the value as colors, shape, + form spells force and each force enunciates a vernacular history intact.

The work for the show was (guest) curated by John Hock: Founding Director/Artistic Director of Franconia Sculpture Park, Taylor's Falls, MN. Curator for Public Art St. Paul/City of St.Paul for Western Sculpture Park, St. Paul, MN. Hock met these painters on his travels investigating the future of Sculpture, and chose these three painters because of their mastery of 3-D on 2-D.
